Title: Telescopes Post by: Da Prez on May 11, 2007, 01:40:56 AM I've been looking into telescopes lately, and been having a bit of fun star gazing. Does anyone here have a telescope, or knows what their dream one would be?
Title: Re: Telescopes Post by: Melanie on October 08, 2007, 11:18:22 PM No sorry can't help you there, although I was in Collins Booksellers today and they had this really awesome book on star gazing showing exactly where all the different constellations are in the sky, it was like $45 but seemed well worth it!!
Title: Re: Telescopes Post by: Da Prez on October 13, 2007, 09:36:22 PM sounds good. i got this program 'stellarium' on my laptop which matches the night sky that you'd see over you at any given time and location. real nerdy, i know. but it's nifty for helping point out where the planets and galaxies are so you can go 'ah, that's what that speck of light like all the millions of others is' ::)
