Looking to move off Monash Gippsland campus?

I am currently looking for expressions of interest for tenants to occupy
a 3 bedroom home with built in robes in each bedroom.
The house is located 2 minutes drive (15-20 minutes comfortable walk) from Gippsland Uni.

The house has recently been painted, has an updated kitchen, heating throughout, new carpet
and has separate laundry, updated toilet and updated bathroom.

House will come partially furnished with the following:
LONUGE – lounge suite.
KITCHEN – dishwasher, fridge,
electric hotplate & electric wall oven.
LAUNDRY – washing machine.
BATHROOM – shower over bathtub.
EACH BEDROOM – built in robe, bed, desk & chair.
(Further items may be added -or removed- as per discussions between potential tenants and myself).

The cost of electricity, gas, telephone and consumed water is the shared responsibility of the tenants.
