The Gippsland campus provides fully furnished on-campus accommodation for up to 360 students in units and houses, with shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry and lounge facilities. Houses and flats for short and long-term accommodation are also available in Churchill and also in Morwell. Below are the contact details for the three local Real Estate Agents, a link to the Department of Fair Trading web page that describes in detail the Residential Tenancies Act and related issues and a link to the Real Estate Institute of Victoria website. Students who require further assistance should contact the Education Research Officer at the Student Union Offices on 5122 6248. Alternately you may wish to contact the local Anglicare Consumer and Tenancy Resource Centre on 5133 9998 for advice on tenancy matters. Students can obtain a Tenancy Advice Kit from either the Student Union, Anglicare or Community Services. For students wanting to find a room in a house or looking for someone to occupy a room in a house the Student Union has a dedicated notice board with this information on it.
