Supervision Problems
Problems with supervision may occur for everybody.
Supervision problems may include: * Poor communications * Breakdown in supervisor/student relationship * Lack of progress * Supervisor not contactable * Lack of direction

When you consult with anyone regarding your problems, you should be able to rely on their discretion in keeping the matter confidential and only disclosing necessary facts in order to progress your case. If you feel this hasn't occurred, SOS!! MUGSU ! You are worth it!!! Whatever you do, don't feel so discouraged that the only way out of your problems seems to be to drop out. You have come a very long way to reach your present position, and there are many people at Monash who appreciate this and will do their best to help you manage your situation and realise your ambition of graduating with your research degree.
